Barton Field - Newton Tracey

Barton Field is a thoughtfully designed development of five detached homes set within the traditional North Devon village of Newton Tracey. Drawing on the architectural language of our earlier Lower Westaway Court scheme nearby, the homes were designed to sit comfortably within their village setting while delivering a high-quality, modern living environment. Constructed using Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF), the properties offer excellent energy efficiency, thermal performance and sound reduction, complemented by air-source heat pumps, MVHR systems and electric vehicle charging points. Externally, each home features an oak porch entrance, stepped brick plinths, matching chimney stacks and dormer windows, creating a characterful yet refined appearance. Internally, traditional oak beams, solid oak doors and painted panelling provide a warm, timeless finish.

A property that was built purposely for holiday let use. Built into the cliff edge over 3 floors with upside-down living space to suit the design and maximize the far-reaching sea views of a balcony leading off the lounge. Spacious rooms with ensuites along with patio areas and hot tub.

Orchard House - Barnstaple

A detached Victorian-style townhouse set over 3 floors in mature grounds of the walled gardens' old rectory, in keeping style with sandstone detail and flemish brickwork.

Spacious chalet/bungalow - Combe Martin

Located in Combe Martin, a 3-bedroom spacious house with integrated garage, large parking bay, and garden/landscaped area. This house was designed to suit the steep sloping site and take advantage of the sea and valley views.
