Blue Bay Developments is a family-run property development and construction company based in North Devon, led by husband and wife team Mark and Catherine.
We specialise in bespoke residential new builds and commercial construction, delivering carefully considered projects with a strong emphasis on quality, design and long-term performance.
With backgrounds rooted in property, construction and project management, we established Blue Bay Developments with a clear aim: to create buildings that are thoughtfully designed, well-built and made to last, whether that’s a family home or a commercial space.
We take a hands-on approach to every project, remaining closely involved from the earliest design stages through to completion. By working collaboratively with trusted architects, local trades and suppliers, we ensure each project is carefully managed and delivered to a consistently high standard.

Our vision is to deliver bespoke, design-led buildings that balance functionality, quality and longevity.
We believe residential and commercial buildings alike should be thoughtfully designed, energy efficient and built with care, not compromised by scale or repetition. Rather than pursuing volume, we focus on a limited number of projects where attention to detail, craftsmanship and considered design are never diluted.
