Since 2010, Blue Bay (SW) Developments Ltd have specialised in high-end construction of exceptional bespoke new builds and commercial buildings across the North Devon region.

Each team member contributes hugely to the success of achieving the business vision. We love hearing how much the homeowners love their new property or business premises. Every one of our dedicated staff members at Blue Bay Developments is qualified, professional, and conscientious. Our site managers are present at each build and are on site daily to work alongside our clients, the architects, building surveyors and contractors ensuring every part of the build is overseen and kept to the highest standard.
